Cleaning Procedures...
cleaning products

Bathrooms

  • Dust all of the corners and baseboards, window sills and heaters
  • Remove all cobwebs
  • Clean all the fixtures
  • Vacuum and wash the floor.

Kitchen

  • Dust all the corners and baseboards window sills and heaters
  • Remove all cobwebs
  • Wipe down all of the countertops pulling things our
  • Wiping things down that are on the counters toaster, canisters ext.
  • Wiping down the outsides of all the appliances (the insides can be done upon request)
  • Clean the inside of the microwave
  • Clean the sink
  • Spot check the outside of the cabinets
  • Vacuum and wash the floor

Bedrooms

  • Dust all the corners and baseboards window sills and heaters
  • Remove all cobwebs
  • Straighten or make the bed (change sheets upon request)
  • Dust all furniture from top to bottom
  • Wash mirrors
  • Vacuum and wash floor

Living Areas

  • Dust all baseboard window sills and heaters.
  • Remove all cobwebs
  • Dust all furniture from top to bottom
  • Vacuum furniture and underneath cushions
  • Vacuum and was the floor

Foyers/Hallways/Laundry rooms
These areas will all receive the same treatment.

  • Dust all baseboards window sills and heaters
  • Remove all cobwebs
  • Dust all furniture/wipe down washing machines
  • Vacuum and wash the floor

Note that Daisy Maid likes to leave every room with a hotel appearance. They take the time to neaten and straighten and put things back into their place.

Policies...

If something breaks…

  • We are fully insured. Our policy is if we break something we will pay for it to be replaced. If we break something while cleaning under normal usage, we feel we are not responsible as we have no control of quality and or things wearing out.

If you need to cancel…

  • If you provide us with at least 24 hour notice there is no cancellation fee. If less than 24 hours you will be charge a 1 hour cleaning fee. At Daisy Maid we know that things to come up that change your plans. We just ask that you give us ad much notice as possible so I can try to fill that spot for the team.

If the weather is bad…

  • Occasionally in Upstate NY the weather is bad and we need to close or cancel due to bad driving conditions. We will give you as much notice as possible. Employee safety is top priority.
